Working in the industry for 6 years, Spencer is committed to enhancing community experiences by fostering relationships in the community and creating meaningful design.

Currently a Commissioner on the Salem Public Arts Commission and a participant in the Leadership Salem program, he is dedicated to enhancing community and culture in his home town. Born and raised in Salem, Spencer received his Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Sculpture from Oregon State University in 2011 and his Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 2016. It’s an honor, however small, to help shape a brighter future.
