Over the years, Wayne has developed a strong technical skillset that allows him to take the vision created by the design team and client and illustrate it through a comprehensive drawing package that helps the construction team bring that vision to life.

Wayne earned his Associate's Degree in Architectural Drafting from High-Tech Institute in 1996. He has since acquired over 21 years of experience in the industry, with an emphasis on commercial and hospitality projects. Notable projects he has been involved in include: WaterPlace mixed-use building, the Broadway Commons building at Salem Alliance Church, Salvation Army Kroc Community Center, the Oregon Veterans' Home in Lebanon, and the City of Salem Police Facility.
